Control Strategies Tailored to Physics

  • LUT-Based Control (for Magnet-Free Motors):
    Instead of approximating non-linear flux with equations, we create a high-resolution “digital DNA” map of each motor. Our Look-Up Table (LUT) approach ensures instant torque vector selection for SynRel and SRM motors, eliminating ripple and inefficiency.

  • Advanced Field-Oriented Control (for PM Motors):
    For Axial Flux, BLDC, and PMSM, we implement model-based FOC with high-speed loops (>100 kHz), flux-weakening algorithms, and precision PWM schemes. The result is smooth torque, wide speed range, and mission-critical responsiveness.
